The Pillar of Diet

We are what we eat, but too often we connect that only to our physical health and not to our brain and mental health.

The brain needs certain foods and nutrients if it’s to remain as healthy as possible for as long as possible and keep functioning to its maximum.

Luckily there are decades of research into exactly what foods the brain craves, what’s in those foods that the brain needs, and how those foods react differently in the brain.

And if you still don’t believe in the idea of food and mood, there’s yet more science to show how certain foods and diets can improve things like optimism and motivation, and tame things like anxiety and stress.
